Steve Cousins

With over 25 years of print industry knowledge, Steve is an established leader and expert in all aspects of Print, Mail and CCM. Having worked for print service providers across Europe and the U.S., Steve brings a unique global perspective. Since joining Ricoh in 2016, Steve has led the development of a unified strategy for Ricoh's advanced CCM and inbound mail services within its Managed Services division. In his current position as Senior Global Software Product Manager in the Ricoh Global Production WorkFlow Software and Solutions division, Steve manages several diverse global software products delivering excellence to Ricoh customers across a broad spectrum of industries in the commercial print, in-plant, enterprise and transactional spaces.
